
Private lending—also known as deed of trust investing—involves providing capital to fund real estate loans secured by real property. Our Fund is diversified across multiple residential and commercial assets, creating balance within the portfolio while helping to reduce concentration risk and support Fund performance.

Every investment is secured by a lien on real estate, with average loan-to-value ratios of 70% or less. For example, a $350,000 loan would be backed by a property valued at $500,000 or more in most cases.

Based on historical performance, the fund has generated income through interest payments on real estate–backed loans originated and managed by our team. These payments are fixed and defined by the loan terms, creating recurring cash flow to the fund for the benefit of our investors.
